RACHAEL YAHNE CHRISTMAN
My body is my pen, too.
More than just words. Of way of living. Of moving. Of writing the story of your life.

The way we live is the love letter we write to life itself; the body we live it through is our pen.

Our bodies carry memory, wisdom, and truth. The way we breathe, rest, dress, walk, love, and heal is part of the story we tell.

"My body is my pen, too" is a way to reclaim our bodies and our experience within them.
It empowers us to choose, with intention and power and love, who we let touch us, and how we are touched. Who we let love us, and the way we are loved.

As a cancer survivor, a woman, and a creative, I know that the body is not just a vessel, it is an author. My records what we’ve endured and what we’ve chosen, holding intuition and our deepest truths. But so many of us have forgotten how to listen...

This work, from "My body is my pen, too" clothing to blog posts and the community beginning to build around it, is created at the intersection of language and embodiment. What you see here is not just content.
It's a way of life.
A manifesto to our individual, unique beauty.
A mantra for gift of being alive.
